We have a maximum of four participants in our group classes. This allows the teacher to assist each participant to ensure that your body is aligned properly on the equipment and that you are able to perform the exercise comfortably and safely.
No two group classes are ever the same. This ensures that you never get bored and that the classes are fun, varied and educational.
Each time you attend a class you are given exercises aimed at your level of ability and are encouraged to work at your own pace. We try to be up to date with our clients’ medical history and needs and give individual modifications to exercises when needed.
We follow the approach and methodology of STOTT Pilates, a contemporary approach to the original Pilates method based on modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation. We never stop learning from other Pilates schools and other disciplines such as yoga, stretch, martial arts, dance and professional sports.
We are a professionally run studio with a personal touch. We aim to simplify the class booking and other administrative procedures in order to focus on what matters: your Pilates training.

All group and private classes are bookable online. We offer a comprehensive choice of classes for all levels and fitness goals.
We don’t ask you to sign up for a seasonal course with a fixed weekly schedule.

We are open 15 minutes before and during the scheduled time of the group classes. Outside these times please use the booking system to book a personal training or email us to request an appointment.
Our Online Booking System offers secure credit card payment or payments via PayPal. You can also pay in the studio in cash. A paperless receipt will be sent out by email.
10 Classes Packages

All group classes are taught on equipment and the number of participants in each class is limited to 4. The up to date group class schedule is available at our website corepilates.at.
Please book group classes in advance to avoid disappointment. Bookings can be made in person, via online booking facility at corepilates.at or by Whatsapp / SMS to +43 664 5718521.
Should you wish to drop-in, please message ahead (+43 664 5718521) to check the availability.
Booking for private classes can be made outside the group class schedule, taking into account your preferences and the instructor availability.
All classes are 55 minutes in length. If you are the only person taking part in a group class, the class duration will be reduced from 55 to 45 minutes.
Most classes are taught in English supplemented by German.
We reserve the right to substitute teachers without prior notice.
You can pay for your class online at the time of booking or in the studio before the beginning of the class.
As a courtesy to our staff and guests, we require at least a 12-hour notice when cancelling a class. You can cancel your appointment directly in the booking system (use the link from the confirmation email), or notify the studio by email or by Whatsapp /SMS at least 12 hours in advance, should you need to reschedule or cancel your booking.
Any appointment cancelled or missed with less than a 12-hour notice will result in a penalty. If your class was prepaid, you will lose that class fee. If the class was not prepaid and you cancelled it with less than a 12-hour notice, you will not be able to book a new class without making a full prepayment online.
Prepaid classes are transferable (eg to other people) but not refundable. We try to be reasonable and fair.
If you arrive late for your class, then in order to avoid delaying the next student or class your class will finish on time – regardless of how late you begin.
What to Wear
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing that does not restrict movement.
We encourage you to exercise barefoot. You can wear socks too. Socks with grips are helpful but not required, as you will be provided with gripper mats during the class.
For hygiene purposes please spray and wipe down the equipment after the class using disinfectant provided by the studio.
We ask that you refrain from bringing young children or dogs with you, as there is no way for them to be adequately supervised while you are exercising.
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
